腐霉利·百菌清复合烟剂的气相色谱分析

本文介绍选用５％ＸＥ－６０,１ｍ×３ｍｍ（ｉ．ｄ）玻璃柱,以正二十八碳烷为内标物,在１９５℃柱温下对腐霉利·百菌清烟剂中有效成分腐霉利和百菌清同时进行气相色谱分析。百菌清的标准偏差为０．１３６,变异系数为１．３０％,回收率为９９．２７％,线性相关系数为０．９９９９;腐霉利的标准偏差为０．０７０,变异系数为０．６２６％,回收率为９９．７８％,线性相关系数为０．９９９９。

莱芜猪肌肉组织学特性与肉质关系的研究

本研究采用二因子多水平有重复的试验方法,对１４头育肥莱芜猪不同屠宰体重及不同解剖部位肌肉的组织结构和肌纤维的组织学特性及肉质性状进行研究。结果表明：随屠宰体重的提高,肌肉纤维直径（ＤＭＦ）,密度（ＭＦＤ）和宰后僵直肌工降度（ＳＬ）没有发生显著变化（Ｐ〉０．０５）,组织学显示的肌肉３种构成分在不同体重组间差异也不显著,但除ｐＨ外,其他各测定性状在不同部位肌肉都存在极显著的差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）,研究下     

The Comparative Anatomical Study of the Parietal Region of the Skull of the Korean Native Goat (Capra Hircus)

In the skull of the Korean native goat, the parietal region was classified into four types by the degree of the fusion of the bones, the os interparietale, the os parietale and the squama occipitalis of the os occipitale, and the structural variations of these fusions. The fusion appeared first in the sutura inter-parietoparietalis and that of the sutura sagittalis of both ossa parietalia was followed. There was no fusion between the os parietale and the squama occipitalis of the os occipitale. These results suggest that the os interparietale developed independently but fused to the os parietale after birth, and the os parietale were developed as paired bones in prenatal life and then fused together according to age.     

Gross Anatomy of the Pancreatic Lobes and Ducts in Six Breeds of Domestic Ducks and Six Species of Wild Ducks in China

A previously unreported pancreatic duct was found by Liu (1989) in Pekin ducks. This duct has now been consistently found in six breeds of domestic ducks and six species of wild ducks in China. For purposes of Nomina Anatomica Avium it is hereby called the ‘first pancreatic duct’(Ducius pancreaticus primus) since it enters the duodenum at or near the flexure where the descending duodenum becomes the ascending duodenum. All other pancreatic ducts enter the duodenum later, closer to where it joins the jejunum. This first pancreatic duct drains the caudal extremity of the dorsal lobe of the pancreas and can be easily exteriorized for experimental purposes. Within the parenchyma of the dorsal lobe of the pancreas this duct communicates with the dorsal pancreatic duct. In the present study of the gross anatomy of the pancreatic lobes of domestic and wild Chinese ducks we describe and illustrate variations in position and number of all biliary and pancreatic ducts.

棕尾虹雉短角鸟虱新种描述（食毛目：短角鸟虱科,短角鸟虱属）

本文报道了从上海动物园棕尾虹雉（Lophophorusimpejanus）体上所采集的鸟虱,经鉴定后,该虫神为头角亚目（Amblycera）短角鸟虱科（Menoponidae）短角鸟虱属（Menopon）一新种,文内对其所具有的分类特征进行了描述,并绘图。     

应用免疫酶标记电镜技术定位分析伊氏锥虫排泄分泌抗原

应用免疫酶标记电镜技术,从亚细胞水平定位并分析了伊氏锥虫（Ｔｒｙｐａｎｏｓｏｍａｅｖａｎｓｉ）排泄分泌抗原（ＥＳＡ）的特性。结果表明,伊氏锥虫ＥＳＡ有部分成分为虫体分泌的表面糖蛋白,而大部分成分来自内质网、高尔基体等合成的非表面糖蛋白成分和其他尚未确定的虫体代谢产物。     

双峰驼精清及其活性组分凝集素寡糖的初步研究

应用植物血凝素与寡糖结构相同或相似的糖复合物专一凝集的原理与方法,结合小鼠排卵试验,间接观察了公驼精清及其经ＤＥ－５２离子交换层析和高效液相层析提取分离的活性组分的蛋白组成。结果表明,公驼精清内糖蛋白含有２种以上的寡糖,其内的活性组分及诱导排卵因子与所试植物血凝素不发生反应
